Store Purchase; Our policy lasts 14 days. You can return full price purchases to the store within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Please bring your proof of purchase (receipt / email receipt).
We’re sorry but we don’t accept returns or exchanges on sale items or face masks.
Online; our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit note. A credit note is the only method of refund in an online purchase return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still in place.
To complete your return in store, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds/ credit notes (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/ credit note.
If you are approved, then your refund/ credit note (if applicable) will be processed as quickly as possible but within 14 days.
Please note, refunds will not be given on items deemed unfit for resale, reasons may include;
- makeup marks
- perfume smell
- tan marks
- strong odours
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Returns must include a completed returned form please included it in your parcel as failure to do so may result in a delay or problem with your return.
All postage costs are non-refundable, unfortunately we do not offer pre-paid returns. You are required to arrange and pay for the return of goods and the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a signed for delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
